Soup - Canned tomato soup with tortillas
Satay Noodles - 2 min noodles, peanut butter, dehydrated peas

Snacks

1 muesli bar per person per day
2 biscuits per person per day
Crackers for extra carbs

Why these options??

We’ve tried to create a plan that uses “every day” foods so you can use them in every day life and replace them before their use by dates

Easily adjustable

with dietary requirements in mind (swap UHT milk for plant based, etc)

Minimal/no cooking required

in a true emergency, you might be without power for a while, and you’ll work through your fresh and frozen food first, so by the time you get to this supply you might not have fuel source for cooking, or want to be using it sparingly (we're not just obsessed with tortillas! )

Best bang for buck

budget friendly, but with variety, flavour, good portions, and options that still feel like a meal, with energy dense ingredients

Snacks to keep up moral!

Don't like something? We're not you mum! Swap it out for a flavour/option/brand you do like.... but the price might go up.
